Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Bob has spent more time outside of his home country than in it. He even spent 5 years homeless, roughing it in Indian palaces and French chateaux. DealAngel gathers information from over 30 different hotel websites. Some are well known, while others are more regional. Regardless of the site, you always see the best online offer for any particular hotel. We then take all of these best prices and determine their DealRank using geeky statistical analysis.
The numbers don't lie. If a hotel has been consistently more expensive than several of its competitors, then all of a sudden becomes cheaper than those competitors, it's a deal. Without that kind of comparison, you'll never see the true value of a deal.
No, we don't do the booking part. We share with you the info (including any hidden taxes and fees so you see only the true final price) and when you choose the deal you want; you are given options on where to purchase that specific offer with direct links to the booking site. Much of the information you have provided is passed on, so you don't need to re-enter it on the booking site.
